Scenic easy walking NELSON /Tasmans BEST SCENIC HIGHLIGHTS TOUR (9.30am-4.30pm)
From Nelson We will take you on a day to discover our best locals stunning scenic spots.
Easy flat walking on a sandy beach and flat gravel path amongst beautiful native bush, you will discover why we love our local region. You can also have lunch in one of our best waterfront cafes in Mapua, or just grab a sandwich and enjoy the waterfront and galleries. .
A full day with 9.30am pick up from your accommodation, and just your group or couple in our vehicle, you wont have to share it with strangers, you will be returned to your accommodation aprox 4.30pm.
We will visit Cable Bay, NZs first international telegraph cable from Sydney came ashore here in 1876 and its a stunning location. Princes Drive lookout over Nelson, Rabbit Island, Mapua wharf, then after lunch we head out to Little Kaiteriteri beach, and end at the beautiful Riwaka Resurgence in Kahurangi National park.
We can either provide a 12 seater Mercedes van or late model suv depending on group size (see vehicles tab on website) and for comfort we only take suv for 1-3 passengers if 4 or more we use the vans.
Cost is $880 for the day if we need the van OR $690 for the suv.
This day will show you the very best scenic nature around the region. Remember your camera, wear shoes for walking on both sand and stoned trails.
Lunch is your own extra cost.
NELSON to see THE BEST scenic highlights of GOLDEN BAY in a day.(9.30am- 6.00pm)
Come and experience why this secluded corner of our region known as Golden Bay is one of the best kept secrets for stunning nature and scenic beauty anywhere in the world.
This full day trip with just your group or couple in the vehicle, will show you some of the best scenic parts of the stunning Golden Bay region. If you want to see more you will have to request an overnight tour which we can price on application.
You will see Te Waikoropupu Springs, before heading back to Takaka where we will wait for you to enjoy lunch at a cafe of your choice, we then visit the magical area known as The Grove, stroll on Tata Beach, and also walk to Wainui Falls where you do the 1.5 hour return walk to see our native bush, streams, and waterfall at its absolute best.
Accommodation pick up at 9.30am and return aprox 6.00pm included.
A moderate amount of walking is required for this trip.

NELSON WINERY TOURS (3 wineries and lunch)
Private Wine Tour with just your group or couple in the vehicle and no rush its an enjoyable length of time at each stop.
Accommodation pick up and drop off included . 10.30am – 4.45pm.
We visit 3 wineries in the Nelson region where you will have the chance to taste the best Nelson wines and we also wait for you to eat lunch at the best restaurant winery in the region.(we can either book the lunch and Neudorf tasting for you or you book the times mentioned here online yourselves. Only Seifreids the 3rd tasting dont require pre booking times the other 2 do)
Usually we do Neudorf for tasting 11-12.15,Lunch at Moutere Hills 12.30-2.30,Seifreids for tasting 2.45-4.00 then return to accommodation.
Rather than including set fee tastings, we let our clients decide which wines and how many wines they wish to taste and pay for at each winery we visit. So more flexibility and not in a van full of strangers, for around the same price!

BLENHEIM / MARLBOROUGH WINERY TOURS
(3 wineries, lunch and chocolate maker)
Private Tour with just your group or couple in the vehicle.
We also offer wine tasting tours to some superb Marlborough wineries plus a boutique chocolate factory, from Nelson, Blenheim, Picton or wherever you need collecting from around the region.
We visit 3 wineries as well as a boutique chocolate maker, and allow you time for lunch at one of them. We can recommend and pre book you a time for lunch at a good winery to ensure you can get in during peak season.
We can either recommend 3 good wineries for the day, especially the food, and pre book them all for you or you can select your own but you likely will need to pre book each at specific times if selecting your own, in order for the day to flow, and if theres 4 of you or more you do need pre booking even just to get into a tasting, especially if a cruise ship happens to be in the port of Picton that day,

Nelson Lakes up in St Arnaud, The Golden Bay region, Abel Tasman National Park are all on our doorstep and are well worth seeing if your time allows.
