Nelson Tasman Private Driver Hire Limited will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or for any personal injury or death that may arise while on our tours.
We will not be responsible for compensating passengers for losses arising from incidents beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil disturbances, theft, delays or mechanical breakdowns that may lead to additional expenses.
It is hereby acknowledged that you accept these terms and conditions if you confirm a booking with us.
When confirming your booking we require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit (which is at least 20%) but exact deposit will be advised at time of quote to secure your booking.We require Full Payment at least 14 days prior to your pick up date to keep your booking, or we may accept another fare.
For bookings being made 14 days or less before pick up date then Full Payment in advance is required to secure the booking.
Payment can be made by internet banking directly to our bank account or by Visa or Mastercard credit cards and debit cards only.(An additional 3.25% merchant service fee is charged if paying by credit card.)
A quote detailing your hire will be emailed to you before a booking confirmation. If you accept the quote a link via email will be sent allowing payment by credit cards mentioned above or our New Zealand bank details and Swift code if youve chosen to pay by telegraphic transfer in NZ dollars directly into our bank account from yours,with you accepting all bank charges involved in getting the payment to our account.
We will send you another email to confirm your payment has been received and that your booking is confirmed.
If you do not receive our payment confirmation within 48 hours of making your payment please contact us.
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE on bookings made over 14 days in advance,and later cancelled.
Bookings made within 14 days of pick up date that were fully paid in advance will receive 50% refunds if cancelled over 48 hours before pick up time and date.
No shows on the day of pick up, or bookings cancelled within 48 hours of pick up time and date will receive no refund. An additional $120 nzd will also be charged to no shows on the day who didnt contact us to advise of the no show.
If you have booked our services we will have specified a pick up time on your booking.
We will wait for 30 minutes after this time for no extra cost on any non airport pick up locations and at local domestic airport pick ups, from the original flight arrival time you gave us.
We will wait for 90 minutes at no extra cost after the original flight arrival time you gave us on an international flight.
The best policy is to ring us or email us as soon as you know of a delay in your arrival time.
If you dont show up within the times above we will charge the extra $120 nzd for a no show as well as the no refund applying as per the cancellation policy.
